SueEllen (Walker Eigel) Turner went to her eternal life on Monday September 10th, 2018 in the comfort of her home in High Ridge, Missouri after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Charleston, Illinois and moved to Webster Groves, Missouri as a young child where she attended Webster through high school and maintained many deep friendships up until the very end of her life. SueEllen was the youngest of four children and was married to her high school sweetheart who graduated with her from Webster Groves High School in 1965. SueEllen was an equestrian and lover of all animals, supported the arts through her love of the St Louis Symphony, Opera Theatre, and the Repertory Theatre, stayed active throughout her life with an enthusiasm for fitness and physical activities, was a fabulous cook, was involved in her church and bible study, loved her book club, and enjoyed years of travel to countless Bed and Breakfasts and trips on cruises with her husband and dear friends. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Child Psychology and Theology from Webster University. She thrived in a longtime career in Pharmaceutical Contracting with SSM and BJC Hospitals. She is preceded in death by her parents (Glenn and Harriett Walker) and three siblings (Joe, Sarah, and Pete), her son's father (John Eigel Sr.), and her step daughter (Courtney Chambers). She is survived by her husband (Larry Turner), son (John Eigel II), three step daughters (Sarah, Laura, and Elizabeth) and four grandchildren who will miss her dearly. A Celebration of Life will occur on October 14th at 2pm at Journey West County. (625 Meramac Station Rd., St. Louis, Missouri 63021). Her family asks that in lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the American Cancer Society, Missouri Humane Society, or the American Heart Association.

I did some Bible studies with SueEllen and will always remember her as such an encourager. She loved people and wanted everyone to have a personal relationship with Jesus. The Lord gave her the gift of joy that so many wrote about!!Now in heaven, that smile is bigger and brighter as she is in Paradise! May that thought comfort all of you in your grief.

My sympathy and prayers go out to SueEllens family. SueEllen was such a feisty go-getter and knew so much about the pharmaceutical supply chain. I was grateful to know her for many years while she was a BJC and I learned a lot from her. I enjoyed even more talking with her before and after meetings about work and non-work related topics and she was very caring and compassionate. SueEllen loved to talk about her family and her travels and horses. Over our long time of working together, I...

Sue Ellen was a kind and spunky lady that lead all the BJC pharmacy buyers. Her enthusiasm and passion for BJC was unbelievable. I couldn't of asked for a greater lady to lead us buyers. She always had a funny story or picture to share with all of us, which was usually her horse or family. She cared a lot about her family and you could tell by the twinkle in her eyes, or her smile. Deepest sympathy to the family and may the memories live on in your hearts....Rest In Peace Sue Ellen.
