I visited the 9/11 June 2016 and saw Susan´s name at the memorial park and it resonated with me. I live in Johannesburg South Africa. RIP Susan

I shared the memory of you today in a meeting and asked everyone to try and do something that makes other people's day shine a little brighter. It what you did.

Our continued deep sympathy we send to your family. Susan touched others and still is so sadly missed. Our loved ones never leave the special place held for them in our heart. May God give the comfort and help needed with each new day.

I've been remiss in that I have not written here before, but Susan deserves being remembered in the highest regard. Sue and I crossed paths back in the 90's sometime when she was dating a dear friend of mine, Joe Silvestri, and he introduced me to her. From the moment I met Susan I knew she was a very special woman; she was always smiling, upbeat and positive. Susan exuded warmth and congeniality to all; she was a beacon to those around her who needed a reason to feel more upbeat. I remember...

Over the weekend of this 20th Anniversary, our thoughts were with you and your family. Fond memories really have surrounded us with the light of better days than the one on which you were lost. Gone too soon. Always remembered, never forgotten.
