Susan Pickering Blanton RN

This gentle reminder of Susan Blanton is welcome as it brings back happy memories shared with her at DAR and UDC meetings. She is a memorable figure which conjures up her wit, her talents and her personal style. Her many talents will surely have been missed.

I am sorry,but I am just now finding out about Susan´s passing. I worked with Susan at Aventis and Sanofi. I was in the same district as Susan and spent a lot of time at meetings with her. It´s makes me so sad to hear this. I haven´t talked to her in a long time, but she was always a great friend to me when we worked together. Prayers for her family.

I first met Susan when I joined UDC and was immediately drawn to her style, sparkling wit and warmth. I was so pleased when she transferred to our Hendersonville DAR chapter. She was a delight and I had no idea the depths of her talents. She will be sorely missed.

A warm and wonderful lady whom I met through my wife. Our hearts go out to Mike and the family.

I'm so sorry to hear of Susan's passing. She was a great lady and loved her family very much. I loved hearing her stories about growing up on the campus of Mars Hill with her siblings.
