I am not a friend or even an acquaintance of the family, and yet ... The little I know about Susan Borman I know from reading "Carrying the Fire", by Michael Collins, and doing some research after that. What I learned is more than enough for me to feel deep gratitude and respect for her and her family. As an immigrant to the land of the free, deeply inspired by the Apollo program in my childhood, I was saddened to learn about her passing. My condolences to the Borman family.
