Not sure what to say?

I met Susan Crum when we both worked at Interlan in the late 1980s. She was a cheerful, industrious woman of great virtue and charm. I kept in touch with her over the years, even while I moved about the country in pursuit of new opportunity. I sent email to her earlier this year and did not hear back from here. That was odd, for she had always been good keeping up on our mutual correspondence. I was shocked to find this obituary. She always took care of herself. It seems that Death begins...

I met Susan as a member of the Charles River Dog training club. I learned so much watching her work with Pagey and Strider admiring her commitment to her own training and the club. She was always the first to step up for our trials volunteering to steward and worker's raffle. She will be missed by the dog community. Sandy Elliott

My deepest sympathy to all those who were touched by her kind helpful happy spirit & especially to her family & fur family. I met Susan & her golden retriever Page 6 years ago. We shared a rental at Dogstar in Acton, Ma. before a CDSP trial. I was new to dog training & I learned alot from watching her work with "Page" & she gave me lots of tips watching me work with "Kissy". We kept in touch on FB & chatted when we saw each other at trials. Thank you Susan for all you gave to the world of...

Susan had so many friends in the dog training world. She was always friendly and kind. It's hard to believe we won't have her there at the next obedience or rally trial, whenever that may be. Sincere condolences to her family.

What a lovely tribute to a really accomplished and interesting woman! I enjoyed training with Susan the last few years and getting to know her better. She was always friendly and will be greatly missed in the dog world.

Susan invariably checked in on me at every dog trial, interested in what I was doing with my dogs and how our work was progressing. It made this Novice person feel welcome and capable of achieving more than I would have thought. Thank you Susan for your kind support, and my condolences to her family and friends.

I'm thinking of Susan, and how she always took an interest in me and my dogs and our activities.

My sincerest condolences to Susan's family. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. Susan was a true friend and I will miss her very much. May she rest in peace.

Susan you were a great friend. The dog world will miss you and not be the same without you. Condolences to your family.
