Not sure what to say?

I knew Mrs. Day since I was a kid. My family I lived down the street from the Days and I remember visiting that big house and playing with Jenny and her sister in the swimming pool, tennis courts and just all over the house. I remember Mrs. Day being very nice to my sisters and me, taking care of us like any good mother would take care of the kids down the street.

I remember very little from my childhood so to recall these events is a testament to what kind of woman she should be...

Dear Kristine and Jenny,
Paige and I are so very sorry to hear of your mother's passing. Susie was a warm, delightful woman whom we always enjoyed during our SPRITES years. She was thoughtful of others and had a kindness that could be felt immediately. We hope you always think of how proud she was of you and how much she loved you.

So sorry to hear of the loss of your wonder mother. My daughter Margie Balanay was a good friend of hers. In 2001, your parents took our family in their boat to spread the ashes of my 19yr old grandaughter and their compassion and graciousness was so appreciated.

Dear Kristine and Jenny,
I will never forget your Mother, her laughter, her willingness to help others, and her love and committment to you both. I will cherish her memories, SPRITES, Las Hermanas, and Fuerte Elementary and Grossmont High. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Love, Francine

Kristine & Jenny,
I have many joyful memories of your mom. You are in my thoughts and prayers at this very sad time of loss.

Kristine and Jenny,

Each day that has passed since May 10th has been a day of reflection and memory for me. Your mom was so very special. I once heard that people come into our lives for a season, a reason, or a lifetime. I am so fortunate to have had your mom as a lifetime friend. I loved her dearly. Each time I look at the two of you, I am reminded of her strong love and commitment to both of you . We love you at the Gligo house and will always be there for you, please remember...

Dear Kristine and Jenny,
I went to high school with Susie and remember most her great laugh, smile and love of life. May the happy memories of your wonderful mom help you through these hard times.

To Susie's girls,I went to grade school and high school with your mom,and I have very fond memories of our childhood times together.I know she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Dear Susie's girls..I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your wonderful mom..We have been friends and known each other since we were six years old. I have very happy memories of playing with Sherry, Becky, and your mom. My thoughts and prayers will be with you. God Bless you...Jan
