I am so sorry that she is no longer with us in body. I had the privilege of knowing Susan in Germany at UMUC, and spending time walking, talking, dining ,and visiting. May she be at peace.

I grew up in the same neighborhood as Susan and Florence. I was sorry to hear that she has gone on. I send condolences to her family and friends.

I was sorry to read of Mrs. Dean's death and wanted to offer my condolences to her family. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss, I worked with Mr. Fred Thorpe at Moore Handley and he was always was talking about his children and grandchildren. May we have peace knowing that she is in Heaven with her parents and Jesus. may God bless all of your family

I knew Susan at Samford University, Birmingham, AL, where we worked together for several years in the Math & Computer Science Dept. She taught many students over the years when computers became an important part of the curriculum. She always sent me a Christmas letter every year updating me on the events of each year.

My prayers and sympathy go to all the family at this sad time of her death. May God be with all of you in your days ahead.

I remember Susan well from our many encounters over the years at various concerts and gigs in Birmingham. She was a gracious and uplifting presence who has left too soon. Please accept my sincere condolences at her loss. May you find peace in your many memories.
