Susan Joan "Sue" DeBrecht

So sorry for your loss. I knew Sue in ZTA at UK.

Sue was an avid warrior for the library and its readers. Before the Council she would go to bat for budget and book increases. Her smile was radiant and charming. She will be missed by the Mountain Brook community but her legacy will live on for generations. Rest well good servant!

"Sue" will always be remembered as the wonderful, honest, caring and beautiful lady she was. We will miss her but will never forget her. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Katie and all your family.

Wow what a great loss. Sue was just a wonderful positive person. We had a fabulous dinner with her in New Orleans a couple of years ago. It is a great memory to have. Our prayers and thoughts are with Lee and the family. Will surely miss her sweet smile.

I met Sue during my senior year at UK (Sue´s freshman year). She simply stood out among our crowded fraternity party room. Such a pleasure to have known her.
