I was at the I-CON Convention some years ago and boarded a bus that was going to another part of the campus.
A woman sitting in the front seat said I could sit next to her. I thanked her. She was very nice.
Everyone who saw her said, "Susan." So much so, that I knew I was not sitting next to some ordinary person.
I believe she asked me if I heard of Harlan Ellison and I said no. She told me that he wrote for Star Trek. The name still didn't mean...
