Susan and I go way back into the 1950's as childhood friends with our backyards connecting on Phelps Circle. we attended the same schools until I moved to Germany/Ft. Lee VA (9-13 yrs old) and returned to Phelps Circle with 5 siblings into that tiny house after Dads retirement from the Army.
