Sue was such a blessing to me as a teacher at Garden Road in the Special Day Class. She and Gayle Rubacky made my life so much more manageable as we guided the struggling youngsters through their educational challenges. She also was a Godsend when I had my first child, Peter, who she babysat for a week when I had to return to school post-maternity leave. It's been many years, but I will never forget her kindness and hard work as well as her blessed friendship. Thank you for the Christmas...

I am so sorry for your loss. Sue was an exceptional example of grace. Sue and I teamed at Garden Road for years. First in the SDC class and then we moved to RSP. We would laugh that we were a team to be reckoned with. She was a true friend. I cherish my many memories of time with Sue. I will keep your family in my thoughts.

I was so very sorry to hear about Sue's passing. She and I worked in a SPED classroom at Garden Road Elementary, along with the teacher of the class, Jane Runge. We worked together for about 5 years. She really taught me all I know about working with kids in a school setting and she was truly the best at it. She was a wonderful person in the classroom and out. She spoke so often and so highly of you all. It was obvious how much she loved you. I'm send condolences and prayers for all of...

My sincere condolences to Sue's family and loved ones. I'm very sorry for your loss. I worked with Sue at GR and remember her dedication, patience and love for her students. I vividly recall watching her skip through the "halls" with students on the way to the library for lessons. She was a dear in all circumstances. May she rest in peace.

Bill and Family: Am very sorry to hear of Sue´s passing. I so enjoyed getting to know you two and Mary Jane when we were caring for our mothers in assisted living in Carlsbad. You´ve had so many years of caretaking that I hope you can get some rest now. Big hug, Jackie Cotten
