Not sure what to say?

It´s hard to believe you´ve been gone for 17 years now. I have not met anyone like you here in NOVA. Thank you again for making our relocation and transition from NY pleasant and fun. You kept my daughters and I on the go. Quinn is an official referee now. You did so much for so many people in the 3 years I knew you. I sure could use that energy now. . Rest In Peace and Power.

It is hard to believe that Susan is gone. But we as Christians live with the hope of seeing her again. Our friendship goes way back. Susan and I also met at Virginia State University. We were roommates the first year there and were very close friends for many years beyond. She and I spent many good times together. I would often joke with her about my writing a book about some of those times. I was saddened by her phone call informing me of her illness and then to ultimately hear of her death....

To the family,
I loved Susie from the moment we met in 1976. That's right it was 1976 at Virginia State College which is now Virginia State University. She was truly a fun person all the time. I can't ever remember her being down. We had so many good times together. She would have loved her Memorial Service standing room only. Susie could always turn heads and on her day she did. I know she is in heaven during her thing. I am so happy that we talked and she sounded so good to me. I...

Susan was a God-send during all Jeanette's day care years. Her passing 'breaks our hearts', but we know she's in a much better place.

Susan, my friend, confidant and tax associate will surely be missed. I can only say that heaven must be smiling and the angels must be singing because an angel has gone home.

I extend my deepest sympathy on the loss of your loved one. I will miss Susan's smile and her quiet confidence. She was a blessing to me, and I shall never forget her kindness. I pray that the Comforter has come and that God's peace has kept you during this trying time. I take comfort in knowing that we will see her on the other side. Let Him wipe away your tears. (Revelation 21:4 KJV)

Goodbyes are not forever
And nor is it the end
When angels come to call away
A loved one or a friend.

The empty place that’s left behind
Within this world we know
Reminds us just how brief a stay
We have before we go.

So when it’s time to bid farewell
To one we’ll dearly miss
Let’s just say we’ll meet again
And promise them with this…

The true gift is that love remains
Although...

Susan, I met you via my good friend Robyn Weber. You have this knack of not meeting strangers. You make people feel warm and welcomed from the very start. I will miss seeing you thoughout the year, during the crab feasts or the childrens birthday parties. We all have lost a friend but have gained an angel in heaven. Rest in Peace

I will miss Susan. She was a kind and warm person who brought joy to the people who knew her. To know her was to love her.

May God bless and keep you during this time of bereavement and always.
