Susan was a terrific friend to me in the early days of my time at Union Mission and in the formation of the Chatham-Savannah Authority for the Homeless. It was an intense time that somehow had a sweetness to it, largely because of Susan. What an impact she has made. Thank God that she graced us all.

I am very sorry for your loss. My heart and prayers are with your family.

I met Susan only once, at the Harrison family home before Margaret and Dory's beautiful wedding. Susan immediately struck me as a very gracious woman in possession of a soul with much depth and compassion. My condolence's to the entire family, and to all of her friends that lived within the sphere of her influence.
