Susan Krebs

Susan and I were part of a gang of friends from the fourth to the sixth grade at Roy Robinson elementary school in Tucson. I remember that at the end of sixth grade, Susan and her mom invited some of us over for a formal luncheon to celebrate. Although we did not often cross paths at a very crowded THS, Susan and I were in Phrateres together at The University of Arizona. I had the good fortune to take an English class from Prof. Kalen in 1971 at UAF. She was a wonderful teacher of English literature, in particular Shakespearian poetry and sonnets. It was a pleasure to read in the News Miner of her many accomplishments in life. My condolences to her family.

She was always positive and nice to me. and you could tell she and Pat were very much a couple.
