Susan A. Lavoie

Miss Lavoie was my 7th grade teacher at Barry School. I still remember her classroom on the second floor above the main entrance... Rest In Peace...

Spent many days growing up on Sandy Hill. We were the best of friends all thru our school years at Holy Name high school. I saw her about 5 years ago and planned to get together. Alas that didn´t happen thought of her often. Sad to loose another friend. God speed Sue Maggie

Sue was a long-time and dedicated volunteer tutor at The Gray House, where I worked. She was kind, caring and genuine. She tutored adults learning English. Sue taught in ways that made her students feel comfortable, respected and dignified. She was a great lady and certainly earned her place in heaven. My condolences to her family and the SSJs. Dena

Miss Lavoie was my 7th grade science teacher at Bellamy Middle School in 1979. She was a great teacher. RIP Miss Lavoie.

Miss Lavoie was my teacher at Anna E Barry School in 1968. I remember her as a kind and caring woman. Rest in Peace.

Susan was a great classmate at Our Lady of the Elms College 1965. I truly enjoyed her company and friendship. May she rest in peace!

I will always remember our days at the Prayer Shawl meetings at St. Michaels Cathedral. Till we meet again.
