Deepesf Sympathy!

Thoughts and prayers to the family. I only had the chance to talk to her a few times at teacher meetings about my son at Academy Park . The last time I saw her just passing by at the school she said , my son Brandon was a total gentleman and one of the most respectful students she had. She also told me I did a great job raising him up right, she always seemed to have nice things to say and always was available for extra help for kids who needed it. We were both very sad about this...

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

Dear Ms. Ledyard, you truly will be missed by me! We shared some time together this past school year during D-lunches. Even when correcting a student, you did it graciously, with a smile! My heart is broken for your family! May the Good Lord Jesus keep you, and your loved ones who are left saddened at their great loss. Love, Mrs. Lewis

Susan's spirit will live on in the hundreds of students she has taught. Thank you for touching so many lives in the time you were here. The world is a better place because of you. Thank you, Susan.

I don't know where to start. I just cannot believe that you are gone. Your death has devastated many. Such a wonderful person you were, Mrs. Ledyard.

You were so full of life. You were a person full of grand wisdom, vast knowledge, and pure unconditional love. You've impacted so many lives.

Your time here wasn't up. You still had places to go, people to meet, young minds to teach, and people to love.

It's not fair. But life is never fair.

You've given, taught, and...

I am still reeling from the news. Although I hadn't seen Susan since college, I have followed her adventures through FB and they always made me smile. She was a dear friend, a wonderful roommate, and an impressive intellectual. Susan always had an extra spark and vitality about her. I always meant to reach out and catch up. Now it is too late. Rest in peace, Susan.

You were definitely one of the best teachers I had in AP. You were awesome and funny and such a down to earth person and the whole AP family will miss you
