Not sure what to say?

I am just now hearing about the passing of Dr. Leone. I am so sad that we no longer have her presence with us. I am comforted that her light lives on within all who she touched. She was one of my professors in the VCU Counselor Education program. I continued my relationship with her as a colleague through our work in the Virginia Counselors Association. She was always so supportive and inspirational to me as a counselor and fellow human being. In my time as a School Counselor, I have often...

Suzee. was the friend everyone should have, funny ,kind, loving, sympathetic, great listener, just your everyday Wonder Woman. I will miss her greatly.

I am a proud graduate from the VCU Counselor Education Program (2006). I never would have made it without DR, Leone or became a Virginia LPC in 2012. Thank you Susan for never stop believing that I could contribute to the counseling profession/and always being my advocate within the program when I had few. Your smile, honesty and intelligence will not be forgotten. My sincere love and prayers to Susan's family. Tim

Suzee was a wonderful friend. Evee and I were married on the same day as Phil and Suzee (though several years later) and we enjoyed celebrating our anniversaries together many times. We admired Suzee for her accomplishments and strongly-held positions and she would sometimes change my position on a subject with her carefully thought-out arguments. She was an accomplished and well-versed person who was a joy to know. We miss her. Kirk and Evee Jonas

I´m so very sorry for your loss. Susan and I worked together at E. S. H. Greene Elementary School in South Richmond. She was a very kind and caring counselor with a beautiful smile. My sincere condolences and prayers.
