I am so sorry to learn of Susan's passing. I remember her very well from her time with Family Service Ontario, as executive director, and formerly in her role managing government relations. "Queen's Park Days", which I believe were her creation, were always the highlight of FSO's annual meetings for all the Family Service Agencies in the province.
