Susan was my friend. She was like a sister to me. We worked many years together at Orchard Elementary in the sixth grade. She was a superb disciplinarian and very creative. Her files were always in order and whenever she presented a project for her students to accomplish, she had already done it ahead of time, colored, laminated, and bound. She was exhausting to keep up with. I didn't understand where she found the time to do everything.

Adelaide Elementary School was so lucky to have Susan McAdams working with us for the last 7 years . She was always willing to help and give great advice when I needed it. She happily went the extra mile for the children she worked with.
I will miss her leadership skills, encouragement, and mostly her smile. Thank you for sharing your mom with me.
