Not sure what to say?

Sue's smile could light up a room. She was always so positive and full of life. May her kind and beautiful spirit shine on through those who knew and loved her. My deepest condolences to her friends and family.

My dearest friend for 52 years. All the times together and the wonderful long letters we wrote each other when we lived far apart. I'll miss your honesty, integrity and your wonderful ability to help me see the humor in any and every situation, laughing until our faces hurt, and you'd keep going. You've been my confessor, my counselor and in the most meaningful sense of the word - my friend. So glad to know we'll meet again and that you can now know pure, unfettered joy.

Dear John, Kathy and family, As I recall the years you and Susan have been our neighbors, one of the things that has impressed me the most is your love of natural things. Living in harmony with our world was so important to Susan and continues to be with you, John. John, I can't imagine the pain of loss in your heart today. Losing a best friend, lover, and life partner is difficult to put into words. No one understands your loss but God. May He give comfort and peace in this most difficult...

I met Susan when she and I both worked at the YWCA. I enjoyed our chats when we crossed paths in the hallways. A most pleasant person always. You will be missed dear lady. RIP

No matter what we were doing, we always had fun. I first met Susan when we were both at the YWCA and our friendship has grown since then. She was a very special lady and I am so saddened by her passing. WE can all find comfort by knowing she is no longer in pain. She will be missed by many.

I was one of Susan's yoga students several years ago, and I was very, very sorry to hear about her illness. My mother told me earlier this evening that she passed away, and it's difficult for me to wrap my head around somehow, though it shouldn't be surprising to me, I know. She was always patient and never pushed her students too hard, always emphasized relaxation and groundedness over achieving difficult poses for their own sake - she was how a teacher ought to be. She was a wonderful...

Susan, you started as our yoga teacher and soon became our friend. We feel honored to have known you. Sympathies to John & family. Namaste.

As Angels sang that day every sweet refrain of Amazing Grace, Heaven opened the gate and the children came when they saw her face. As happy as they were to see her coming, we will be just as sad to have to watch her go, but knowing what we know about heaven, believing that she's all the way home, knowing that she's in heaven is all we ever need to let her go. We could hope we could pray her back, but why would we do that when she's where life and love never ends, knowing what we know about...

Susan, although I've known you only a few years, it breaks my heart of your passing. Your sense of humor, your kindness, will never be forgotten. You're at peace now, no more suffering. God Bless you...an bless your loved ones you left behind
