Not sure what to say?

Sue was in my class at Awalt High School in Mountain View and as we're now planning our 50th class reunion, I learned that I wouldn't be seeing Sue with us. I'm very sad as she was a lovely person and I looked forward to talking with her again. We will be sure to memorialize her when we gather on July 27, 2024.

I've known Susan for years as my daughter's good friend since 7th grade in Mountain View CA. She will be missed for her upbeat personality and bright smile.

To the Moeller and McCormick families--from our family to yours, our deepest sympathy and much love. Stacy was kind enough last year to send me the link to Sue's site, and it has been such a gift to read, cry and hold in such high regard an amazing woman and her family. Wish we could be there to give you hugs and let you know just how inspirational all of you have been despite the struggles and sorrow you have all gone through.

Love, Frank, Laurie,Taylor and Spencer Hilliard

Susan - you came into this world, you loved you laughed and you nourished another generation - many were touched by your presence and many will miss you dearly, but go with God and know that you were loved and yes you will be remembered. We were blessed to have known you through our daughter.

Susan truly has been a blessing to my family. She made middle school much easier for my daughter (Amanda). Ms. McCormick was her favorite teacher EVER.

I am glad that she was a Christian and we will see her again in heaven.

She is missed very much here on earth - but heaven is a better place!

I know she has to know how much she was loved and is missed.

She was a very special person in very way.

~Kim

It is stunning and surreal to many of us to acknowledge that Susan is no longer here. A dear, dear friend of mine since 1985, I have many wonderful memories of her love, laughter, compassion, and genuine friendship. I will miss her brilliant mind, her wit, her huge hugs and her amazingly healing smile and twinkling eyes. Although her plate was overflowing with achieving, giving, and doing, Susan always had time for others and was truly interested in the lives of those she loved. It was...

The picture posted in today's paper perfectly illustrates Susan's love of life, family, friends and her students, and she touched all of us with her faith in God, her tenacity to ensure others are protected from her fate, and her joie de vivre.
My heart breaks knowing that this earth lost such a lovely resident, but our loss is heaven's gain! May she rest in peace.
Our sincere condolences to Susan's family.

I know Susan through my step-daughter Annie Auxier. She was at our home for Annie's birthday last summer. It was a gift to know Susan and to have her as best friends to Annie. My sincere thoughts and prayers are with Susans family at this time.

Susan was a blessing and a powerful force in my son Austens transition to middle school. They loved talking sports and he spoke of her often even as he moved to 7th grade. I too got to know Susan through my sons interaction and loved meeting and getting to know her...she will be SO missed by my son and our family.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the McCormich family during this difficult time.
