I supervised Sue's Master's degree at Queen's University. She was a wonderful student who taught me more than I taught her. I first met her at Hertsmonceux, Queen's castle in the UK in 1997, and later stayed with her in her cabin near Whitehorse in 1998. I am deeply saddened to hear of Sue´s passing. She was one of my greatest friends growing up in the north end of Peterborough. I can´t begin to count how many times we played board games and cards together among many other things. . She played a huge part in my life and I will truly miss her.

I was overwhelmed to hear the news of Sue´s passing. She was a wonderful, intelligent human. She touched the lives of so many. We had a chance to catch up a couple of years ago. I was fascinated by her work and her long list of accomplishments. I am truly sorry for your loss.
