I worked with Sue when she was Superintendent at Beacon C.F. She was truly dedicated to helping the women and encouraging them to better themselves. She worked hard at bringing in new programs especially when it came to the children who were effected by their mother's incarceration. She was a task Master, however she also encouraged her staff to be professional, compassionate , fair, firm and consistent.
