Not sure what to say?

I met Susan at the ReStore when I went to visit my son, Jonathan, DIL, Jacqueeh, and grandson, JoJo. Susan was a very sweet lady and a new friend. I will remember her fondly. She will be missed. My condolences go out to her family.

Susan was a volunteer in the Licensing Department at Colonial Williamsburg where I worked and, although she was extremely detailed and organized with her projects, it seemed a free spirit within belied these more down to earth qualities. As a former acquaintance, I imagine her now as free as her beloved butterflies.

Goodbye dear Susan.

Sweet, sweetheart, sweetie pie! All of us (clericals) in RSI always used these adjectives to describe "Little Susan". Sue was so mature; very feisty, energetic, positive about everything. She was bubbly and strong at all times letting nothing or nobody get to her. She never turned you down if you needed someone to talk to. My heartfelt sympathy and deepest condolences to Susan´s entire family. Love Iris

My sweet friend Susie, what a surprise to see your lovely face again. We had our small great group of high school friends that spent that magical summer in Europe in 1959. The world was so different then. I also remember slumber parties in your Elm Grove gracious home. Plus your pet alligator in the bath tub. You have had a life well lived dear friend. Be at peace.

My husband and I were fortunate enough to have Susan as our neighbor for the last twenty one years. She became family to us and we loved her dearly. She loved our dogs like they were her own, and I can attest to the fact that she loved feeding the bunnies! In her last summer while she was in the hospital, I had the privilege of raising and releasing her butterflies and taking care of her plants that she so tenderly cared for. Our hearts are broken and we will miss her so very much. Our...

Words can't even describe how much I will miss my sweet, amazing, kind, thoughtful, talkative, fun, spunky, pretty, fashionable, and talented artist Aunt/Godmother Susan (aka Saint Susan)...I could go on forever about how special she was to so many. I always wished she lived closer so I could see her more, but I loved and will miss our several times-a-week phone calls on my way to work, just to chat and fill her in on everything that happened since our last call and hear about anything new...

Such a beautiful person inside and out. She will be greatly missed. Sending my condolences to her family.
