Not sure what to say?

Yesterday a beautiful light was extinguished with the passing of my dear friend and colleague Sue. A giant in the teaching profession for over 30 years. She made a huge impression on virtually every student that ever set foot in her classroom. She had unfathomable courage, strength and positivity while battling cancer with an absolute lack of self pity. She was a cherished colleague, but more importantly one of my best friends. I have countless years of amazing memories that I will keep...

Fly high Sue you were an angel on earth and have gained your wings.

Dear Ashley and Sarah,
You were blessed with a wonderful mother. I am glad to have known her. Keep her memories alive.

Dear Zerfoss Family,
May the Good Lord wipe away your sorrows and bless you with peace during this time. Years ago, I had the privilege to learn from Sue as a student teacher. Her love for educating children with hearing loss was truly remarkable and many lives were positively changed. She shared her gift of teaching and without a doubt, made this world a better place by being the advocate and the voice of deaf/hard of hearing children. Because of Sue's ambition and dedication to...

I was so blessed to be Sue's assistant this past year. She was a wonderful person, teacher and friend that touched the lives of everyone who knew her. My condolences to her family whom she cherished♥
My dear friend, you will be missed. Heaven has gained a special angel ♥

Sue was the best teacher my Grandson could have ever had, she took an awkward hearing impaired child and gave him the knowledge and confidence to over come all obstacles in his way. We will always be grateful and will remember her with love.

Sue always put others before herself. She made every person and place she touched better. The difference Sue made in the lives of others is a legacy that will last forever. May her kind soul rest in peace.

Sue was an amazing person and an inspirational teacher. Her light will forever live on in the accomplishments of the students she taught and in the hearts and minds of those of us lucky enough to have collaborated with her in education.
