Sending all of you heartfelt sympathy during this time. I have special memories of Sue and her kindness. My family moved to Bend in 1953 when I was entering second grade. The first day of school at St. Francis, being shy and not knowing anyone, I went out to that first recess. I remember standing by a big tree on the playground and wanting to play. My heartfelt sympathies go to all of Sue's loved ones. I've known her since First Grade, and we grew up together in Bend. She was a dear friend for all of those years, and we shared many memories and good times.
