She is preceded in death by her parents; her grandparents Ben & Louise Cole; and her brother Steven D. Heltzel.
She is survived by her sons Barry T. (Shelley) Deem and his children Makenna, Roman, and Savanna; Travis Petry and his children Logan Petry, Destinee Macaulay, Cole Petry, and Dalton Petry; great granddaughters Veda Louise, and Daysee Mae; sister in law Patricia Heltzel.
Services will be held on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 10:30 AM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Fountain Park Cemetery, Winchester, Indiana. Family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at the funeral home. A Lodge of sorrow will be conducted by the Ladies of the Moose on Tuesday at 6:45 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to State of the Heart Care.

Ok TROUBLE, this is MOUTH. No one could ever believe the friendship we had, from the 60's to the last time I saw you @ skating rink a couple of months back. I'll miss you TROUBLE as will many of our O.B. friends. RIP. Jim(WDRK)
