Susie was as sweet as can be. She was a total giver always asking and helping everyone else. I had the luxury of working with Susie at the car dealership years ago, and she would always bring in special snacks and desserts for the staff. My heart goes out to the whole Severn family on your loss. You now have the best guardian angel that anyone could ask for.

I was fortunate to be able to travel and spend quality time with Susie and Jerry during the halcyon days of the Lexus store. While everyone who came across Susie would attest to her enduring ability to see the good in everyone, in those times away from home I was struck by her ability to make everyone around her feel at ease and her strong desire that they would enjoy themselves even if she couldn't always be joining in what they were doing.
