Dear Destruel Family, I join with my entire family in extending our deepest sympathies in the loss of your sister, daughter and mother. Although grateful for her relief from suffering, her loss must leave a bottomless hole in your hearts. I remember Sam well, especially playing with her at our brothers' football games.
