Not sure what to say?

In the times we live forever In golden generous days And nights filled with clever Banter, songs, and sage I remember some of your wedding day When I aced my Providence audition Then drove up past Boston With big John Maynard in a straw hat And a blue seersucker suit As twisted as could be to celebrate Your marriage and at nine o'clock I called the stage manager And she said sober up you got the part... In the times we live forever Barn swallows glide and ride currents There are no words...

I'm so sorry to only hear now of Sukey's passing. We first met her almost 6 years ago as our realtor and she helped us find our home in Mystic. She was incredibly generous with her time and made us feel so welcome in the community. Well after our closing, she continued to check in on us and help us with her local knowledge. My husband and I adored spending time with her, her partner Gordon, and their dog Loki. We will cherish her memory!

Suki, you will remain in my memory like a bundle of "Hi!! You ready? Let's go!!" I always knew that it would all work out right, because Sukey was here. She was the reason the sun shone. She was a darling. I loved her dearly.

From our earliest days together as roommates at Skidmore College until her passing last month, I need only to look at this photo to relive Sukey's infectious laugh! Rest in peace, my oldest and dearest friend.

Over 30 years of friendship and shared adventures. Wasn't it just weeks ago we spent an hour on the phone laughing and reminiscing? The world has lost some of its color without you in it.

Sukey was a wonderful childhood friend, and because of that we always had a way to connect throughout the years. I will miss her spirit, her smile, her laugh, and her great personality. Big hug to you my friend...you will be so missed.

Sukey was an infectiously warm and delightfully engaging person, and so cute in the suede boots she brought back to CC after her time abroad in Italy in 1976. After a flurry of typically chatty emails last September, she went quiet; and I only learned why today.

I will always cherish your memory. You were funny, kind and remarkable. Love you always and forever, you and your Snoopy smile. Janet
