RABIN--Syd Friedsam, vibrant woman, artist, died peacefully July 2 at age 101, adored by her Sobel clan, including 18 loving nieces, nephews, and all who were fortunate to know her.

Syd was beloved by all our family from my parents, Rose & Morris Shapiro on down to my children. From Westport to Palm Beach, a visit with her was always an occasion. Lots of laughs and much warmth. We miss her. Nina Agel
