I worked with Sydney for years in education. Not only was she hilarious, but she was a wonderful educator and a simply beautiful lady. I watched her learn to embrace her diagnosis and travel to Africa...as she had longed to do. I will continue to keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. Sydney was a glass half full kind of person. Always positive, fun-loving, generous to a fault, ready to help with anything.
