Not sure what to say?

I had the pleasure of meeting syeus on several occassions at the buckminster fuller institute. he was always so gracious, good humored, generous with his stories of bucky and others, deeply proud of his son, whom he spoke of every time, and very empathetic to humanity, as can be experienced in his photography work.
i am honored to have known him.
many blessings to his family.

Syeus will be honored and missed by many of the Players who knew him, as well as many Players who only heard about him and therefore will miss him even more

Syeus was a dear friend and sponsored me for membership into The Players Club. I also worked with him on some of his theater projects. I'm very sad to know that he has passed. I loved meeting with him to have chats about theater at our club. He sent me an email last year that read "Pete, let's meet at the club for a chat and start a revolution." He knew I was a new father and offered great advice. He talked so proudly of his son. I will miss him and I'm so happy to know him. God rest...

I had met Mr Mottel, and was impressed of such a warm and loving man, a brilliant artist, that, I knew already, and so proud of and encouraging to his fine son.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Mr. Mottel and his family

Meeting Syeus was a true pleasure in my life.
I will always remember his graciousness as a visitor to Vermont and his hospitality in showing me his New York.
