I worked with him on the Lawyers Association of Kansas City Board of Directors and have always been so impressed by his kindness, humbleness, intelligence and giving spirit. Sylvan was one of the sweetest and most caring individuals I have ever met. He supported so many and so many wonderful causes. Each year he always brought in cards for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital that the two of you had made. He always had a smile on his face whenever you would encounter him in the halls or the elevators at SHB. He will be missed. I am so sorry I could not make the service.
