To Marcia and the Diggins Family, we loved Diggins very much and he was an extended brother to us. We have so many fond memories we will cherish from our Charleston and Tide Raiser days. We will all miss him. God Bless your family.

Were are truly sorry for your loss of a fine individual. He was my boss on the HSC team and finally on the flight line. He always took things in stride. Light hearted, he taught me not to be so uptight and always be positive. He always was glad to see my wife and son. He loved everybody and everybody loved him. He will be sadly mssed, but we are all better off having known him he gave us all a lesson on life and a good laugh. Our condolences to your family. And I can...
