To Marcia and the Diggins Family, we loved Diggins very much and he was an extended brother to us. We have so many fond memories we will cherish from our Charleston and Tide Raiser days. We will all miss him. God Bless your family.

He will be sadly mssed, but we are all better off having known him he gave us all a lesson on life and a good laugh. Our condolences to your family. And I can...
