I first met Rev. Horne as a freshman at Stillman College in the fall of 1974. He was a senior, who impressed me so much until I sought and gained membership in the prestigious organization of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. The frat referred to him as "Rev," I referred to him as a mentor.
My profound sympathy is expressed and extended to his family and all the persons he has impacted in a positive manner throughout his life time.
