Mr. Stemsley,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army during the Cold War. Millions of Americans slept safe at night because you and your fellow servicemen stood ready to defend our Country. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

I will keep the family in prayer. Uncle Stemp was a good person and uncle. I remember when he would come visit us in Louisiana. I was only a little girl. He would always say "Where is my Sugar" I would give him a kiss and hug. He would always give me a dollar or a five. I felt loved and rich. I will always remember our talks on the phone during the holidays. Rest in peace uncle Stemp. I love you. I know he is with his family members that have gone on also. God bless the family and friends....
