Your Mom always touched me with her kindness. I remember when she was at my house when my grandmother Becky Schaffer passed a away. She was a godsend to my Mom and was a tremendous comfort. It is funny how a memory from almost 40 years ago can still be so vivid. My best to Matt, David and the rest of the Allen family.

The Getzov and Lindenbaum families send their warmest thoughts up north. We were all extremely fond of Sylvia and mourn her passing.

Please accept my condolences, sorry for your loss of love one. Romans 8:38,39, ("nothing can separate us from God's love"

Hello I truly understand why you want heartfelt prayers. That is why I love the prayers of King David who poured out his heart to God when he was in distressed. Notice how he prayed to God at psalms 61:1-2 there is says, Hear O God my cry for help. Do pay attention to my prayers. From the ends of the earth I will cry out to you. When my heart is in despair lead me onto a rock that is higher than I am. May the God of peace be with you all.

I'm very sorry for your loss. You have my sincere sympathy. May our Heavenly Father who sees your pain of heart give you the needed strength and comfort to endure in this most sorrowful time. He is close to brokenhearted; "He saves those crushed in spirit"

May your treasured memories and the drawing close to God in prayer help comfort you in your time of sorrow. Psalms 66:19,20

I grew up on Knollwood Street in Springfield, and the Allen's were neighbors. Lovely people, great family. My condolences to David and Matthew.

Sylvia, We met you and Elliot in 1967.
You were very caring and loving to Stephen, me, Sharon and Faith.
We will never forget your kindness.
Rest in peace. The Stephen Hoffman Family.

Sylvia and Elliot Allen, Tony and Dorothy Maruca, and my parents, Anne and Jack Robinson were essentially a family for 50 years. Jack and Elliot shared an office for 50 years, and for approximately 30 of those years Dotty was their secretary. Sylvia was a wonderful lady. I'll miss her like I miss Elliot and their daughter, Brenda, who was a Longmeadow High School classmate of mine. Best wishes to Matt and David Allen.
