To the family,
I had the privilege of working with Sylvia at Citizen's Information Service in the State Secretary's Office many years ago....at the very beginning of that agency. She was terrific. Sylvia was smart, organized and a pleasure to work with. When I left as Exec. Director she took over that role and took CIS to new heights. She was a great cook and loved her family and community. I was happy to call her a friend and colleague. Sylvia will be missed.

Dear Joe,
We were so sorry to read of Sylvia's death this morning. We are in Florida and will not be able to attend her service. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Sylvia's lemon bread was always a hit with Jim's folks. Our deepest sympathy
