Not sure what to say?

To Sylvia her family, friends and Co-workers, it is with deepest sympathy that I write you all. I knew Sylvia for many years and taught along side of her at Ballys. I remember her first bodybuilding competition. She always had a kind word and she always looked fantastic. She truly amazed me through all the years I knew her. She amazed me through her hip surgery and through her later diagnosis. I think of her often; I truly miss her energy. My deep condolesences.

I have known Sylvia from many years of working out at Golds Gym. Both being State employees, we had a lot in common. I always enjoyed talking with her and was shocked when she first told me she was diagnosed with cancer. She was always in such excellent condition and was a real inspiration to all those who knew her.

After her treatment, I thought she had beat the disease. If anybody could, it was her. I was disheartened when she told me that upon a recent check up it had...

My deepest condolences to Sylvia's family. It was sad to hear of her passing. Sylvia & I taught Spin classes at the same gym and we were also diagnosed around the same time. I admired her strength. I was so inspired by her in many way's.
We will all miss her presence.

I am so sorry to hear of Sylvia's passing. She and I taught for years together at several of the local fitness facilities and I will always remember her as a great inspiration, both personally and professionally. She was a gentle, smart woman. Her presence will be missed but her spirit, strength, and determination will be remembered, always.

I worked with Sylvia a few years back and will always remember her beautiful smile and cheerful presence. The Irish have a toast that goes, "it's not what you have in life that counts, it's who you have in your life". I'm greatful I had Sylvia in my life.

I vividly recall Sylvia patiently teaching a klutz (that would be me) how to complete an intricate aerobic move. She was lovely, lovely person.

Sylvia was such an inspirational woman. She remained so upbeat and positive, even as she battled her devastating illness. She was such an incredible spinning instructor and motivated us all to be the best we could be. She put 20 year olds to shame! She will be sorely missed, not only as the phenomenal instructor that she was but also for the friend that she became to us all. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and loved ones. Love, Sue and John

My condolences to Sylvia's family. Sylvia was a wonderful gym friend. She proudly shared stories and photos of her growing family with me. Her spirit and perseverance were always an inspiration to me.

Anna, Rodd & Jessica,
Our hearts go out to you & your family. It's hard for me to express what Sylvia has meant to me. My oldest childhood friend is gone. I loved her like a sister.
I will miss her terribly.
With much love,
