Not sure what to say?

Sylvia was a wonderful neighbor when I lived a few houses away in the late '70s. I also knew her from church and thought so highly of Sylvia. She was always kind and just a blessing to know. My deepest sympathy to Connie and the rest of Sylvia's family.

Mrs. C--what a great lady! Many a Lady Mav victory was fueled by her cookies. Connie and family, my deepest sympathies for your loss.

Mrs. C was a very special lady. She cared for everyone she met and everyone loved her. I feel so blessed that God arranged for our paths to cross.

We were very sad to hear of the loss of our Dear Sylvia. We will always remember her extraordinary talents as she certainly lived life to the fullest.

With our deepest love,

Cousin Bev Penke Roh

We have so many wonderful memories of Sylvia and her lovely family.
We lived right next door for 31 years and had alot of opportunities to be a part of this amazing woman's life. She is truly and example of the Proverbs 31 woman in the Bible,The Wife of Noble Character.
She always welcomed the future with a smile on her face and demonstrated her love for the Lord as she opened her home to dote on the neighborhood kids (and their parents!). We love you too Sylvia.

Mrs.C, what a wonderful person, a second Mom to so many UNO female student athletes and coaches. She was a leading fundraiser for the Women's WAlk as she bribed all her many donor friends with her famous sugar cookies! She blessed us all with her friendship and love. She had a wonderful life and the best daughter a mother could ever wish for in Connie. Many warm memories of Mrs C will live on forever.
My thoughts are with all at this very sad time.
