CROW, Sylvia F. - Of Grand Blanc, age 74, died Thursday, July 26, 2007 at Yakima Regional Medical Center in Yakima, Washington. Funeral service will be held at 1PM Thursday, August 2, 2007 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Harold Helton officiating. Burial in Flint Memorial Park. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Heart Association. Visitation 12-3 and 5-8PM Wednesday and 11AM Thursday until the time of the service at the funeral home. Sylvia was born in Egypt, Arkansas on December 24, 1932. On April 25, 2003 she married Joseph Crow in Jacksonville, Florida. She liked sewing, reading and crossword puzzles. She was a member of the Twin Cities Baptist Church and Charity Baptist Church in Glennie. Mrs. Crow retired from GM Ternstedt Plant with 30 years of service. Surviving are husband, Joseph of Florida; daughter, Carolyn (Danny) Howard of Florida; son, Joseph (Merleine) Crow of Florida; grandchildren, Brian, Kevin, Malissia, Faith and Jason; great-grandchildren, Alyxandra and Jennifer; sisters, Connie McElrath of Florida and Magdalene Walter of Arkansas; several nieces and nephews. I remember Mrs. Crow from Twin Cities Baptist Church and daughter Carolyn being in the Young Peoples class there. My sympathy to the family.

How blessed we were to live across the street from the Crow family. There are so many family memories that we all have from Anna St. To all of you: your wife, mom, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, friend, and anyone else who knew her...what a woman of faith.
