I treasure three works of hers I have in my collection. Prints not originals. The colours brighten my walls and my life, as her life brightened her family and freinds lives. I will never forget her telling me that she once was advised by Picasso to paint like a child. Her painting writing on a house ( I have a version I've never seen anywhere else) adorns my bedroom. Sylvia was a brilliant artist and one of my mother's dearest friends. She treated everyone with dignity and joy and we feel blessed to have been loved by her and to enjoy her art in our home. Sylvia your light lives on in your work and in your children. You are and always will be loved.
