Not sure what to say?

I just found this information out. I was talking about working at the library and I fondly thought of Mrs. Spann, so I looked her up. I volunteered at Mason Square library in high school in the 90's. I went on to become a page there and at Indian Orchard branch. I worked with Lynne and Patti DeMario. The kindest woman I think I've ever met. Genteel, graceful and oh so elegant. She was very kind to me. I'll never forget her. My deepest condolence to the family.

To the Family, My apologies for not contacting you sooner. Mrs. Humphrey will always remain in my heart. I can remember as a youth, going to the library to see my mom, and seeing Mrs. Humphrey with her warm and welcoming smile - everytime. Her soul will continue on for eternity, and her amazing spirit will bless us all for the rest of our lives. God bless you, Mrs. Humphrey. I will love you always. Kyle and Lisa Webb Garner, North Carolina

Mrs. Humphrey-Spann. Your life has been filled with beauty, purpose and love. You and those in your life have been blessed to share their time with you.

I wanted to thank all who commented here for your kind memories and thoughts of my mother. Knowing how much she was loved and how much she will be missed is a comfort. May the Creator shower His blessings on us all.

May Allah make it easy for you and comfort you with your beautiful memories. Ameen.

My Prayers are with you at this time. I so wish that I had the opportunity to meet her. Your Cherished Memories will bring you comfort now and in the days to come. God´s Peace Be With You All.

My mom, Amy Hughes, always spoke so highly of Slyvia and enjoyed a friendship with her for many years. The two women made a formidable presence serving on various committees including Primus Mason. Slyvia was as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside. Sending condolences to the family.

My sincere condolences!

Our sincere condolences are with the family at this difficult time. We are keeping you all in prayer.
