Not sure what to say?

I remember Sylvia way back at First Baptist and she was in my sister's class in Montpelier High School. My sister and I thought she was such a loving person and always there to make you feel better when you were having a bad day. She never forgot my birthday for years I always got a birthday card from her. I loved to hear her laugh. I'm glad she is in heaven singing with the angels. I will see you someday Sylvia. Love you.

My memories of Sylvia go back to the First Baptist Church in the 60s. I also knew Sherwood and Helen Murray from that connection as well. We re-connected when she was at Berlin Health and Rehab and then at Woodridge. A smile, a hand-shake, talking of older times and people we both knew were a delight. I'm saddened by her passing but rejoice in the hope of reuniting with her and her folks and others from those First Baptist days in heaven because Jesus was her Savior and theirs.

My mother (Mae Walker) knew Sylvia and, at the time of mom's passing, Sylvia sent me a sweet card of condolence and usually a Christmas card every year. She meant a lot to my mom and I know she was a precious person.
Sincere condolences to Sylvia's family and friends.

I met Sylvia when I was at Berlin for rehab on my knee. Every day I was there Sylvia and I chatted and became good friends. She knew alot of the same people I knew so we always had alot to talk about. RIP Sylvia fly with the angels. hugs from your friend Linda sanborn

Longtime memories began in childhood. Always had good things to say. I remember her walking most places, including to her daily job. In her last 2-3 wks she actually attended bingo at the nursing home

Sylvia was inspiring and kind, and always had a twinkle in her eye. Together with her many other friends at the Montpelier Community Gospel Choir, we offer our condolences to her family. We miss you, Sylvia.
