Sylvia Rudd

Sibby was my big sister and mentor for many years. She inspired me to be a better mother by the way she loved my children. I admired her dedication to Special Olympics and "special" children. She was a gifted artist who could paint or sew almost anything. She was a doer and a giver. She was the heart of the Watson family for all the years I was a part of it. She made her parents very proud. I am a better person for having known her. She will be missed, but I am so glad she is free. I know...

Sibby was so many things...smart, positive thinking, a hard worker (no grass ever grew under her feet as my mother liked to say), generous, loved her family, and always a joy to be around (I can't think of a single time that we didn't laugh).
