Not sure what to say?

Knew Ms Marsee well back in 60s and 70s! Garnetta, Dougie, Robin Edwards, Marshall Edwards, William Spencer "Wild Bill" Crews and Dave Gillain. What turbulent times those were. Times moves on. A generation passed and another arrives. Rest in peace to Ms Marsee. ~Tim Gillain

We did not know Ms. Sylvia had passed until yesterday, but I wanted to let the family know what a wonderful neighbor and friend your parents were to Randal and I. They were the optimal "older and wiser" couple when we married and moved next door, and we have always appreciated their guidance and love during the many years they lived across the street from us. However, the one thing I will always remember is how fiesty Ms. Sylvia was. She had a gun bigger than she was, and if there was a...

Such a sweet, loving, kind and wonderful woman. Aunt FiFi was the true embodiment of a godly woman. She lived her life in a way I have rarely seen. It was my pleasure to be in the "family" for a time and how lucky you kids (Garnetta, Linde, Doug)and all your families, to have had such a strong example to grow up with. She was certainly one of my favorite people. She and Doug stood in as surrogate grandparents when my daughter was born. They are in all my pictures of Caroline's birth. ...

Such a sweet lady, I only had a brief encounter with her but she's left a lasting impression.....whenever I see the gardenias in my yard I will think of them as brides in my garden of flower dolls.

Our love and prayers are with the whole family.

words cannot express how much we enjoyed the wonderful times we spent with Sylvia and doug...always there through the good and bad times. Sylvia was my right hand in girls camp and many other times when I needed her. always with a smile on her face.i know she and doug are happily enjoying each and I'm sure my billy is right there also. Garnetta, Lindie and doug You had a wonderful mother I will miss her so much, but know she will be watching down on us all.
My family and myself sends all...

She was one of the friendliest, kindest women I ever met. I was pregnant when she met me and I remember her coming up and squeezing my breast and saying, "your milk is coming in nicely." Then she just laughed... and so did I. What a delightful woman. Thoughts are with her family... and her ward family

My aunt fifi has and will always be an inspiration and mentor in my life. I would never think of growing up as a child without her in my life. Your loving nephew Tony. Tell uncle Doug he is missed and loved.

Sylvia is one of first people to be in my life. I can see her in my earliest memories. She and Doug were the "favorite" couple in our Ward as I was growing up. They were always such fun to be around. They were great examples to so many of us and loved by ALL of us. I treasure the memories shared with Sylvia, Doug and their family. Sylvia also showed all of us at Girls' Camp how to sharpen an axe. She use to love to tell the story of my leg being cut by a recently sharpened axe, and the...
