We are so glad we drove some extra miles to visit Craig and Tina on August 10 and 11, approximately a week before we heard from Tina that he had died. He was in good spirits, a good host, tired easily, but sorry we could not stay longer. Kay and I are both sorry that "he could not stay longer." We will miss him greatly, his sense of humor and his courage in facing all obstacles. A fine man and a dear friend! Erik and Kay 8/26/11
