Not sure what to say?

I met T C when I first joined SPD. He was one of the great LAW ENFORCEMENT Officers I had the privilege of knowing @ working with.

God Bless his family & he will now rest in Heaven with our Heavenly Father,
Donnie Nichols

I first met T.C. Bloxom in 1960. I then joined the Shreveport Police Department in 1962, became a Detective, and worked many case with Chief Bloxom.
I remember him as one of the most dedicated and sincere Officers I encountered in my career.
May you rest in peace my friend for a life well lived.

Donnie G. Nichols
Retired Lieutenant
Shreveport Police Department

Pam, My thoughts are with you and your family during this time. I only met Mr. Bloxom once but appreciated the honor. My prayers are with you all during the coming days and weeks.

So sorry to hear of T. C.'s passing. Please pass on my regrets to my "old classmate", Don.

Pam, I am so sorry for your loss. TC was a great man. And the one thing that I will never forget about him was. When my aunt(Annie Pevy) was killed in an ambulance wreck in Farmerville. TC stood at attention at the entrance to the Minden Cemetery in the rain and 15 degree cold weather. He could have had any other Officer do that. But instead he did. And I will never forget him for doing that. He will be missed by everyone.

Pam, the Chief was one of my most favorite people in the world. When I first met him, he scared me to pieces and I thought he didn't like me. Then I found out he was one of the nicest men I had met. When he would come upstairs at City Hall, I would say "hi, sunshine" and he would just mumble and shake his head. He was always there when I needed him. He got such a kick out of leading our parades. The Chief will not be forgotten. My prayers are with you.

Beverly - Mark and I are so sorry for the loss of your daddy. He was so fine.

I am sorry to hear of the loss of T C he will remembered by everyone for his compassion for his people in Webster parish, you are all in my prayers .

What a loss to Minden. What a wonderful man. The Bloxom family is in my prayers.
