Mrs. Tabitha Kristine Porter, age 44, of Murfreesboro, TN passed away Friday, November 22, 2024. She was born in Nashville, TN to Annette Hasley and Stanley Reed. Tabitha was a 1998 graduate of Riverdale High School before completing barber school. She loved going to the beach and watching UT football.


 


Tabitha is survived by her husband of 25 years, Mike Porter; son, Steven Porter; parents, Annette Hasley and her husband Lee and Stanley Reed and his wife Lavaughn; grandparents, Hazel Swafford and Mike and Geraldine Dover; siblings, Heather Reed and her husband Chad, T.J. Hasley, and Amanda Allen and her husband Cody; brothers-in-law, Barry Porter and his wife Amy and Bryan Porter and his wife Lynnette; nieces and nephews, Noah, Laylah, Twylah, Bellah, Chelsea, and Brayden; and faithful canine companion, Dixon. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Dale Reed, and parents-in-law, Terry and Lucy Porter.


 


Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, November 26, 2024 from 12:00noon until 2:00pm at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 2:00pm at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
